Question Can the Lessor visit the property while I am in?

Answer Lessors have a right of entry to the property for inspection and repairs. The Lessor also has a right of entry if the Lessor is obliged to do essential repairs. The Lessor's right to make Reasonable visits to check the condition of the property is also normally included in the agreement with you. The Lessor must always take care not to disturb your right to peaceably occupy the property, and should give notice of its intention to enter the property. Normally the Lessor should give you a notice in advance, and only contact you at a reasonable time.
